


Alongside Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa Yoga, I also teach Hatha Yoga classes designed to suit different needs, bodies, and conditions. In these sessions, we may focus on specific goals or areas of the body and mind. The practice follow the principles of breath-movement coordination and mindful transitions. We flow through a sequence of postures in a more or less dynamic way.
The classes can include postures, breath work and meditation. They are structured so that each student can practice safely and at their own pace. Adaptations and variations are offered throughout the practice to ensure that everyone can participate. The aim is to create a supportive space where students can build strength, increase flexibility, release tension and overall ENJOY the practice !
