Massage treatments

Over the years, I have witnessed the profound and inseparable connection between body and mind. Through my yoga practice and experience as a teacher, I have learned to “read” bodies — to observe subtle patterns, habits, and areas of tension.

The body does more than house physical structures; it reflects emotions, experiences, and the traces of our personal history. I believe deeply that the body deserves to be heard, and that attentive listening is at the heart of any massage treatments and healing touch.

In recent years, my interest in bodywork therapies has grown into a genuine passion. I study and train in massage therapy with Renato Pappalardo at «La Voix du Toucher» school but, as is often the case in hands-on disciplines, much of my learning has come through practice and direct experience with clients.

During a session, the focus begins with understanding what the client is seeking and how they express their needs. I then tune in to the body itself, attuning to the physical tissues, breath, and subtle energies. Working with these elements, my aim is to ease tension, support release, and create a sense of lightness that allows clients to enter a state of deep, restorative relaxation.

Every individual is unique, and so is every treatment I offer. While grounded in anatomical, physiological, and energetic principles, no rigid protocol is applied. The guiding principle is simple: first listen and sense, then respond intuitively, following the body’s guidance to provide a supportive and restorative experience.
