I’ve been practicing Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa Yoga for over 15 years, maintaining a daily practice that now includes the first, second, and third series. My teaching journey began in 2018 after completing my first teacher training at Yoga Ashtanga Marseille Aix (500-hour), and I continued to deepen my skills through a 200-hour immersion in Bali in 2019 with Gregor Maehle and Monica Gauci.
In 2020, I completed their Level 2 training in Byron Bay, Australia. Monica and Gregor have since invited me to assist them in four teacher training modules, which I’ve found to be a rewarding experience and an opportunity to continue learning.
I’ve also studied with Petri Raisanen since 2012 and with David Garrigues since 2020, and I’ve assisted Petri in several international workshops across Europe from 2022 to 2025. I’ve also taught as a resident teacher at Yoga Ashtanga Marseille Aix and My Yoga Shala, both in Marseille, France.
For me, yoga practice is a healing process. I strive to create a safe and respectful space where students can explore their practice at their own pace. My hands-on adjustments are gentle and guided by clear information about both the Aṣṭāṅga method and the technical/anatomical aspects of the postures. I aim to empower students to understand the(ir) practice and build it in a way that works for them.
Alongside yoga, I’m passionate about bodywork. I trained in massage therapy with Renato Pappalardo at «La Voix du Toucher» school. Find out more about my massage practice here!
Since 2024, I work as a residential yoga teacher and massage therapist at Hotel Limeni Village in Greece.
Teaching, sharing knowledge, and supporting others on their path is at the heart of what I do.
I practice and teach Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa Yoga in a way that honors its tradition while being creative and adapting to individual needs. My aim is to empower student and help them build a safe and supportive practice.
